The Caesar’s Palace poker room in Las Vegas is one of the finest facilities you’ll find anywhere with a knowledgeable, friendly staff and comfortable surroundings bordering on luxurious. However, finding it can be a challenge. The entrance is located between the Pure nightclub and the sports book. Yes, there is a huge “Poker” sign directing players to the entrance, but players have to be looking for the poker room to find their way in here. Players must enter the Caesars Palace poker room through a large door that leads them down a diagonal hallway and then eventually into an enormous cavern of poker action.

Admittedly, a poker cavern is really cool and in that way it succeeds. There is certainly little distraction from the nearby casino in this poker room. However, for serious poker players hoping to make money during their poker time there is one serious drawback. Its location means you get few drunken tourists stumbling into the Caesars Palace poker room to play “No Limit Hold’em just like on television.” In other words, the sights, sounds, and excitement of live poker can’t suck in bad players.

Still, while the other poker players are rarely soft marks for your dazzling poker play, the room’s features are still a huge draw. There are flat screen televisions all over the place, new poker tables with built in auto shufflers, and comfortable poker chairs. Best of all and unlike most other locations in Sin City, there is plenty of space between all of the poker tables, which means that players will never feel cramped here.

There are other great features around the poker room that give it a classy vibe too. You’ll find decorative chandeliers providing excellent light, comfortable chairs and sofas for waiting players, and lots of sports themed art gallery style prints hanging on the walls.

The Caesars Palace poker room is also enormous; it’s easily among the largest poker rooms in Las Vegas. It even has a totally separate section for its daily poker tournaments. And its poker tournaments are where the Caesars Palace poker room really excels. The tournaments are among the best in Las Vegas in terms of value for the money.

Caesar’s is also popular with the rich and famous crowd and the poker room is also readily visited by a wealth of famous people. At a frecent visit I saw baseball great Orel Herschiser playing in a tournament – good player, too!

So for a classy poker experience, Caesar’s Palace offers one of the best poker rooms you can experience. Now, sit down, shuffle up, and deal!
